You can apply online. Please visit https://admissions.maju.edu.pk/

No documents are required at the time of application submission. However, when you are selected for admission following documents will be required:

  • Copy of all your testimonials.
  • Copy of provisional certificate for result awaiting students.
  • Copy of National Identity Card or Form “B”
  • Four recent photographs.

For foreign student NOC from

  • Respective Embassy
  • Ministry of Education

Yes, but conditions apply. However, those who have been expelled from any institution on the basis of discipline, poor performance, or have been time bared, will not be entertained.

Yes, you can apply as a result awaited candidate. However, you are required to submit the result within 1 week of the result announcement.

The fee will be refunded as per University Fee Refund Policy which is available in the prospectus.

The admission test will be based on mcqs of math, physics, English, general knowledge and other relevant subjects. However, an admission test for BS Engineering programs will be based on questions of math, physics and English only.

The result is normally placed on the website within three days after the final admission test is conducted.

Yes. You can change once, only if you are eligible for the new discipline.

No, university does not offer weekend programs for bachelors.

Equivalency certificate from IBC/HSC is required at the time of admission. Overseas Pakistani can apply online through the link https://admissions.maju.edu.pk

No, university does not provide online/ E-Studies/ distance learning to overseas.

No, new courses are not allowed to opt-in summer semester although you can improve or repeat the previous courses that have below average result.

A semester consists of four to five months.

There are two semesters in a year; Spring and Fall semester.

No documents are required at the time of application submission. However, when you are selected for admission following documents will be required:

  • Matric (Marksheet, Certificate).
  • Intermediate (Marksheet, Certificate) Copy of National Identity Card or Form “B”
  • Bachelor’s (Marksheet, Certificate) – if you are applying for master’s program
  • CNIC / B-Form

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

No, university does not offer weekend/evening programs for undergraduate program.

There are six courses in each semester. (18 Cr Hrs.)

The timing of our bachelor’s program starts from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (Mon to Fri). Some courses taught by industry experts may be scheduled on weekends as per the availability of the expert.

GRADUATE PROGRAMS

Yes, but students will have to complete the bridging courses of 30 to 60 Cr hrs.

Bridging courses assist in narrowing the gap between previous degree and current degree

Yes, but students will have to complete deficiency courses which will be decided by the admission committee once you have successfully cleared the admission test and provided relevant documents.

Deficiency courses are those courses which are not previously completed satisfactorily or have not completed at all. And they are required for the program students enrolled in.

The minimum course load is of three courses and maximum is of four courses in a semester (9-12 Cr Hrs.) Hrs.) (9 -12 Cr Hrs.)

Evening: 6:15 to 9:15 (Mon to Fri)
Weekend: Saturday/Sunday 08:30 to 9:15.

PhD PROGRAMS

No, the requirement of PhD includes thesis, relevant background and minimum 3.0 CGPA.
